Our team provides evidenced-based approaches to help clients brave their own emotions and create lasting change. The goal is for clients to process their emotions, learn skills, and practice change-oriented strategies to help overcome their hurdles.This results in clients who feel more balanced, resilient, and confident in handling unexpected situations as they arise.

We utilize an integrated approach and include cognitive, dialectical, and mindfulness approaches, as well as emotional processing and skill building. We work to provide warmth and validation as a precursor to therapy, in the hope that clients will feel comfortable to begin doing the difficult and rewarding work.
